EthosSolve Management was founded by Thomas Doan to address the challenges of poorly maintained buildings that often result in avoidable problems and dissatisfied residents.
A decade of hands-on building management
Founder Thomas Doan built his career managing residential, commercial and high-end developments — as Facility Manager at the six-star Abian at Botanic in Brisbane, then on Stockwell's Encore and Virtuoso developments in West End, before relocating to Sydney to oversee Toga's Harbourfront Balmain and later Sekisui House's Melrose Park (The Residences, Pulse & Pavilion).
In 2024 he stepped into an Onboarding and Training Manager role with a large building management group, refining a transition process for taking over buildings without a formal handover. That experience became the foundation for EthosSolve Management — a boutique building management company based in Pyrmont, serving Pyrmont, Glebe and Ultimo, built to give owners corporations the hands-on, accountable service larger agencies can't.
